Refunds

If you don’t like your campaign, we’ll rebuild it. If you still don’t, we’ll refund it in full within 7 days.

That sentence is deliberately about the campaign and nothing else. We make no claim about whether your listing sells, how quickly, at what price, or how many people enquire. Nobody can promise that, and we will not pretend to.

If something we produced is wrong, off-tone, uses the wrong photo, or you simply don’t like it, that is us not doing our job — and fixing it never costs you anything.

You can redo any individual post or email as many times as you like within your 7-day window, and rebuild the entire campaign up to 3 times in that window. There is no charge for either, and there is no version of this product where there is.

After 7 days those controls close. If your listing is still on the market and you want fresh content for it, that is a new campaign rather than a repair.

If a rebuild doesn’t fix it, ask us for a refund within 7 days of your campaign being delivered and we will return the whole purchase price. We do not do partial refunds or percentage deductions.

A refund revokes access to the campaign — the link stops working and the assets are no longer available. Files you have already downloaded are obviously yours to keep.

One refund per account. That is our only protection against the policy being used as a way to take campaigns for free, and it is why we can offer the full amount rather than arguing over a percentage.

Reply to the email your campaign arrived in, or write to [to be completed]. Tell us what was wrong. We would rather fix it, but we will not make you justify a refund inside the window.
