About you. Your first and last name and your email address, which we ask for before you see a preview. If you buy, we also collect your brokerage name, licence number, and phone number, because most states require them on real estate advertising.

About the listing. The address, price, and details you enter, paste, or that we read from the page you asked us to fetch. And the photographs you upload — at least 8 of them.

The attestation. When you confirm you are the listing agent or authorised by them, we record that confirmation with your email address and the time you gave it.

How you moved through the site. Which steps you reached and when, so we can see where the product is failing people. This is stored in our own database, not with an analytics vendor.

Card details. Payments go through Stripe and card numbers never reach our systems. We see that a payment succeeded and for how much.

Anyone else’s contacts. The prospect emails we write are text for you to paste into your own system. We never ask for your contact list, and we never send email on your behalf.

We use these companies to run the product. Each sees only what it needs:

• Anthropic — writes your captions and emails, and looks at your uploaded photographs to work out what each one shows so the right picture goes with the right words. Your listing details and your photographs are sent to them for this.
• Stripe — takes the payment and holds the card details we never see.
• Resend — delivers our email to you.
• Vercel and Neon — host the site, the database, and your uploaded files.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Photographs and generated assets: about 6 months. Your campaign link works for 182 days after delivery. On the same day it stops working, your uploaded photographs and everything we generated are deleted. We warn you on the page before that happens, so download anything you want to keep.

Your account and purchase record: kept. Your name, email, and the record of what you bought stay with us. We need them for tax and accounting, to honour the one-refund-per-account limit, and to know whether people come back — which is how we decide what to build.

If you never bought anything, we still have your name and email. We ask for them before the preview, so anyone who gets that far leaves a record. We keep it. If you would rather we did not, write to [to be completed] and we will delete it.

Email about your own campaign — your verification code, your receipt, your finished campaign — is part of the service and you cannot opt out of it while you have an active campaign.

Anything else is marketing, and we only send it if you ticked the box asking for it. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link and our postal address on it. Unticking that box is the default; we do not tick it for you.

Write to [to be completed] and tell us what you want. We will send you what we hold or delete it. Deleting your account removes your campaigns with it, so download anything you want first.
